The Premier of the Free‑State Province of South Africa has led a delegation to pay a visit to YJC. Both parties will join hands to establish a benchmark for China‑Africa cooperation in the new‑energy sector.

The delegation highly acknowledged the enterprise’s technical barriers, mass‑production capacity and one‑stop service system. Premier MaQueen Letsoha‑Mathae stated on‑site that Free‑State Province is accelerating the green‑energy transition within its energy and transportation sectors. The region is in urgent need of high‑end industrial technologies to drive local empowerment. She expressed sincere expectations for multi‑dimensional, in‑depth and pragmatic cooperation with YJC.

During the negotiation meeting, in response to South Africa’s industrial‑upgrading and low‑carbon‑development demands, both parties leveraged YJC’s core industrial strengths to finalize two major areas of cooperation. The two sides will jointly build a mature cooperation system covering intelligent manufacturing, clean‑energy exploitation, infrastructure deployment and long‑term operation‑and‑maintenance services.

Both parties agreed to launch a new‑energy transportation‑equipment project within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) of the Free‑State Province. The cooperation will focus on four key dimensions: local assembly‑based production, regional supply‑chain co‑construction, core‑technology sharing and local talent cultivation. YJC will export advanced manufacturing techniques, modern management models and supporting supply‑chain resources to help the local region fill gaps in its new‑energy transportation industry and accelerate the green upgrading of its transport sector.

At the closing stage of the talks, YJC sincerely invited the Premier of the Free‑State Province to act as the official brand representative of YJC in South Africa’s Free‑State Province. Relying on the Premier’s public credibility and regional influence, both sides will further boost economic‑trade exchanges, industrial connectivity and brand promotion, and accelerate the efficient implementation of joint projects.

Led by the provincial government of the Free‑State Province and empowered by enterprise‑driven resources, this cooperation sets an innovative benchmark for local green‑economy collaboration between China and Africa. Once delivered, the projects will facilitate South Africa’s industrial upgrading, strengthen energy security and boost local employment. It will also advance the China‑Africa comprehensive strategic partnership toward deeper, broader and higher‑quality development.
