Digital Empowerment for Intelligent Manufacturing | YJC Group Huangshan Production Base Officially Launches MES Project

In July 2026, Yuyuancheng Energy Technology (Huangshan) Co., Ltd., the Huangshan production base of YJC Group, held the kick-off meeting for its MES (Manufacturing Execution System) project. This marks a milestone advancement in YJC Group’s manufacturing upgrade journey toward digitalization, transparency and intelligence.

Founded in 2016, YJC Group has grown steadily over a decade, earning certifications including National High-tech Enterprise, National Specialized, Refined, Unique & Innovative "Little Giant" Enterprise, and Gazelle Enterprise. The Group holds more than 100 patents in total, with products exported to 37 countries and regions worldwide. It has established subsidiaries and production bases in Huangshan, Pakistan, Spain, Tunisia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, South Africa and other locations, steadily advancing its global layout. As one of the Group’s core manufacturing hubs, the Huangshan subsidiary was founded in June 2023. It achieved contract signing, production launch and formal industrial registration within the same year, ranking among the Group’s fastest-growing business segments in recent years. The launch of this MES project embodies the Group’s strategic initiative to extend its R&D frameworks, management systems and quality standards to all production bases for in-depth empowerment.

The deployment of the MES project is designed to address far more than isolated management pain points at a single factory. Its core objective is to build a Group-wide manufacturing data platform that enables cross-base data connectivity, unified standards and collaborative management. Powered by this unified production execution platform, the Group headquarters gains real-time visibility into production capacity, quality performance and delivery progress across all sites, delivering comprehensive global oversight and a robust guarantee for on-time delivery to international clients. Centered on five core dimensions — production, quality, equipment, materials and data — the project targets three key outcomes: full transparency of production workflows, end-to-end quality traceability, and platform-based management decision-making. It lays a solid digital foundation for the Group’s deepened development in new energy battery systems, smart energy storage, and supporting services for new energy vehicles.
